Assistance is available at the Guest Services station located behind home plate on the main concourse or by asking the nearest fan host.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Charlotte Sports Park; nor may guests take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark, including suites. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests, therefore, will be required to show proper ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Charlotte Sports Park; we will check the ID of everyone. Throughout the game, only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. The Tiki Hut stays open for an hour after the game ends.
Animals are not permitted inside Charlotte Sports Park, with the exception of service animals.
For the fans' convenience, an ATM is located inside the Merchandise Store.
Players may sign autographs or interact with fans at their own discretion. Please be respectful to the players and other fans. Fans are asked to exit the areas around the dugout at the conclusion of pre-game batting practice unless they have a ticket for those areas.
For the comfort and security of all guests, we reserve the right to inspect all bags and packages entering Charlotte Sports Park. Backpacks, purses, bags or packages which exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size will not be allowed to enter Charlotte Sports Park and must be returned to the guest's vehicle. Wrapped gifts are not permitted. Please refer to Prohibited Items for a complete listing of items that are not permitted into Charlotte Sports Park.
Banners, signs and flags (without flag poles) may be displayed in the stadium, provided that they are baseball-related and do not contain profanity, discriminatory language, indecent images, political statements, or commercial references. Banners, signs, and flags must be hand-held and may not be hung on any of the outfield walls, over the playing field walls, over existing stadium signage, or held in such a way as to obstruct other guests' views. Management reserves the right to remove any sign or banner at any timE
Full-sized bats are not allowed inside the stadium. Sticks and/or poles of any other type are not permitted at any time.
Fans are encouraged to walk around the outfield on the 19,000 square foot Baseball Boardwalk for up-close views of the playing field and bullpens, group seating areas, grill and tiki bar.
The Berm and Baseball Boardwalk are unreserved general admission areas. Chairs are prohibited on grass berms or on the standing room only boardwalk deck.
Catering is available for suites and group party areas. Menu options range from traditional ballpark fare to an upscale buffet. Please contact the Charlotte Stone Crabs at (941) 206-HITS (4487) to arrange catering for your special event.
Children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket to enter Charlotte Sports Park.
Four fixed concessions areas located throughout the ballpark feature a variety of food options. Portable concessions carts featuring an additional variety of specialty food items are also located throughout the ballpark. Credit cards are accepted at the fixed concessions stands. For the fans' convenience, an ATM is located inside the Merchandise Store.
Featuring standard ballpark fare, two Home Stand Concessions stands are located on the main concourse behind sections 202-203 on the first base side and 217-218 on the third base side.
Located on the main concourse behind section 214, the Hot Corner Grill offers grilled favorites.
Located behind Section 201 on the first base side offering Super Nachos, BBQ Pork Nachos, Cuban Sandwiches, Tacos and specialty beers.
Unique grilled concessions can be found adjacent to the Tiki Bar in left center field as well as along the third base line. These portable concessions are cash only and do not accept credit cards.
The Rays and Charlotte County reserve the right to deny entry, eject and trespass any individual from the stadium and stadium property for the following: fan interference, public intoxication, using offensive language, wearing garments with offensive language, disruptive, dangerous or obnoxious behavior, throwing objects, smoking inside the stadium, public indecency, nudity, urinating outside of the restrooms, entering restricted areas, violating laws, ordinances and facility policies and any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Rays management or Charlotte County.
In case of emergency, please notify the nearest fan host or other staff member as soon as possible.
Fans are not to interfere with any ball in play or throw objects onto the field. Anyone doing so will be subject to ejection from the stadium. Anyone venturing on the playing field will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
The first aid station is located behind home plate on the main concourse, and is accessible from inside or outside the ballpark.
Patrons are not permitted to bring food into Charlotte Sports Park for individual consumption, except food needed for medical purposes. One sealed plastic water bottle no larger than one liter per customer, and children's single-serving juice boxes are permitted. Items not allowed are cans, thermoses, ice chests, glass containers or any other non-collapsible container or object deemed hazardous.
Fans may keep baseballs hit into the stands. However, please be aware that balls or bats leaving the field of play may be dangerous. Fans are responsible for ensuring their own safety. Please do not interfere with balls in the field of play.
Ballpark gates open two hours prior to scheduled game time.

Guests who choose not to adhere to these ground rules may be in violation of stadium/city ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead to denied admission into the stadium, ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. The Tampa Bay Rays/Charlotte Sports Park Management reserves unto itself, and itself alone, the right to determine what is considered indecent, obscene or offensive, what is unruly or rowdy behavior, what constitutes a disturbance and what items may or may not be allowed into the stadium.

The Kids Clubhouse play area located behind the berm seating area down the right field line features two play areas designed for kids ages 2-5 and 5-12. The Kids Clubhouse is open to ticketed fans on game days.

Parking lots open 2 - 1/2 hours prior to game time (1/2 hour prior to gates opening). Parking is available in general lots at a cost of $10 per car. Accessible parking is available in front of the main ballpark parking lot. A printable parking map is available for your convenience. All parking spaces are subject to availability at time of arrival.
Souvenir programs and scorecards may be purchased from program vendors for $3.00.

Family restrooms are located on the main concourse behind section 202 on the first base side, behind sections 215-216 on the third base side, and in center field on the Baseball Boardwalk.
Men's restrooms are located on the main concourse behind sections 205-206 on the first base side, behind sections 216 and 213-214 on the third base side, and in center field on the Baseball Boardwalk.
Women's restrooms are located on the main concourse behind sections 204 and 204-205 on the first base side, behind sections 214-215 and 215 on the third base side, and in center field on the Baseball Boardwalk.
Scoreboard messages or public address announcements for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries may be requested at the Guest Services station located behind home plate until game time, or in advance by calling 941-206-4487. Announcements will be made based on time and availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside Charlotte Sports Park. A designated smoking area is available outside the 3rd Base gate.
The Rays Team Store is located directly inside the Home Plate Entrance, and is open on both game days and non-game days. For hours of operations, please call the team store at 941-235-5069. A portable souvenir stand will be open on the Baseball Boardwalk during games. Credit cards are accepted at the Team Store.
During the game, strollers may be left at the Guest Services station located behind home plate on the main concourse. However, the owner maintains responsibility for their stroller and other belongings during that time.
Fans needing to make a telephone call may request to do so at the Guest Services station located behind home plate on the main concourse.

Individual game tickets may be purchased online or at the Charlotte Sports Park box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Rays Tampa Store at 400 N. Tampa St., Tropicana Field box office, or by phone at 888-FAN RAYS. Advance tickets may also be purchased inside the ballpark at the advanced ticket windows located behind home plate on the main concourse. Tickets for accessible seating needs are available upon request. All tickets and seating locations offered are subject to availability based upon prior sales and demand.
