2012 Season Ticket Holder Postseason Refund Request

If you do not want to have your 2012 Postseason payment applied toward your 2013 Season Tickets, please follow the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: The refund process will be active for three business days after the Phillies are eliminated from postseason play or the potential of postseason play.

Please note the following regarding Postseason reimbursements:
  • Reimbursement for any postseason games not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
  • Reimbursements are only for any postseason games and parking NOT played.
  • Refunds will be given via your method of payment.
  • The $25.00 processing fee is not refundable whether or not a postseason game is played, and whether or not tickets are or are not mailed, or picked up in person.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically approximately two to three weeks after the last Phillies game (including postseason play).

Steps for submitting your request for a Postseason Refund
  1. Click on the Postseason Refund button below.
  2. Enter your season ticket account number and password under the Returning Phillies Customer Heading. Click the "Login" button.
  3. Click on the Add to Cart button.
  4. Click on the Check Out button.
  5. Check the Terms and Conditions box and click on the Submit Payment button. Please note: There is no payment involved with this process.
  6. Print out your confirmation page. This page serves as your confirmation that your account has been noted to receive a postseason refund.
