What's new at Turner Field in 2014

The 2013 National League East Champion Atlanta Braves began the 2014 season just a few short days ago. The Braves home opener on Tuesday, April 8 will delight Braves Country with the start of a new season. Here are some new things to look for when coming to Turner Field.

Mobile ticketing

Now more than ever it's easy for fans to buy and access their game tickets. Fans can purchase and manage their tickets by using their computer or smartphone and access Turner Field with mobile tickets (via Braves FanPass or the iPhone's Passbook). A quick tutorial on how it works can be found at braves.com/fanpass.

This is the first year fans will have to just show the ticket QR code (similar to a mobile airplane ticket) on their smartphone for entrance into the ballpark. Fans are able to electronically transfer their ticket(s) as well. Basically, your smartphone is your ticket!

Braves season ticket holders can access their game tickets and parking vouchers from their braves.com/myaccount to either download their ticket/parking barcode or electronically transfer to someone. That barcode includes the 33% concession discount, 755 Club entry and/or added value (if applicable).
