Mr. Bill Bartholomay, Atlanta Braves Chairman of the Board Emeritus, issued the following statement regarding the passing of Warren Spahn:
I am truly saddened by the passing of Warren Spahn. His many records, compiled mainly as a Boston and Milwaukee Brave, reflect his Hall of Fame career.
