    The San Diego Padres and Pedal the Cause San Diego today announced celebrity instructor Brandon Mills, CSCS, has signed on to lead Pedal at the Park benefitting Pedal the Cause on Saturday, September 12. Mills, as seen on E!'s Hollywood Cycle will design and lead the first-ever on-field cycling event, which will feature a one-hour class on the outfield at Petco Park.   • Padres to host Rangers, Dodgers and Rockies

    The Padres return home from their seven-day six-game road trip for an 11-game homestand, featuring games against the Texas Rangers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies. Action begins tonight, with a 7:10 p.m. start against the Rangers.

  • Ferrell Takes the Field to screen Sept. 5th at Petco Park in San Diego

    In a first for HBO, the comedy special FERRELL TAKES THE FIELD will have a major league ballpark premiere Saturday, Sept. 5 at Petco Park in San Diego, immediately following the game between the host San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers. As part of Baseball Night in San Diego, all fans in attendance at that night's game will have the opportunity to stay and watch the screening. Will Ferrell will be on hand to introduce the HBO special, and there will be activities for fans attending the game. The Dodgers-Padres game is scheduled to begin at 5:40 p.m. PDT.

  • Benito Santiago and Garry Templeton Elected to Padres Hall of Fame

    The San Diego Padres today announced Benito Santiago and Garry Templeton have been elected to the Padres Hall of Fame. The election was made in conjunction with the San Diego chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America (BBWAA), local sports media and the San Diego Padres front office. Santiago and Templeton will be the 10th and 11th members to be inducted into the Padres Hall of Fame, joining Buzzie Bavasi, Nate Colbert, Jerry Coleman, Tony Gwynn, Trevor Hoffman, Randy Jones, Ray Kroc, Dick Williams and Dave Winfield

  • Petco Park's Park at the Park to show 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup

    The San Diego Padres and Mayor Kevin Faulconer today announced that Petco Park's Park at the Park will host a public viewing area for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup match between the United States and Colombia taking place Monday, June 22 at 5:00 p.m. PT.
