Responsible for enforcing all rules, regulations, policies and ordinances of Turner Field, City of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia. These positions include roving security officers, access control officers and fixed positioned officers. Reporting time is a minimum of 2½ hours prior to game time. The Plaza opens 1 hr. early, so some staff members will report a minimum 3½ hours prior to start of game. Security remains at most 1 hour after the game. Qualifications: Five years consecutive security background (Military Police, Turner Security, reputable security agencies, etc.) P.O.S.T. certification a plus. Successful background check required. Must have excellent writing skills (will be asked to write a paragraph explaining why you want and are qualified for this position), must be able to stand for long periods of time, work game delays and extra innings if needed, must possess safety awareness, excellent customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.
Assist in maintaining an excellent playing surface for the players. May work with Ground Crew Management to assist coaching staff with any specific needs during games. Assist in the overall appearance and maintenance of the field. Qualifications: High School degree or GED. At least one year of grounds experience preferably in a baseball park, or related field such as landscaping or field maintenance.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service. Must be attentive to guest's needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations. Qualifications: Staff must commit to work a minimum number of games over the course of the season. Must be able to stand for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours at a time, including working elevators, must be able to work in inclement weather, and must report to work 2½ to 3 hours before game time and work game delays and extra innings if applicable. Staff must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games and in particular during game delays and extra innings. Staff members will work a variety of positions during the season. Staff members must be able to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times. Previous customer service experience a plus.
Staff members must exhibit good customer service at game booths, operate equipment at desired levels and ensure it is working properly. Must always maintain appearance of area at all times, stock inventory, responsible for cash /credit transactions, and help to maintain orderly lines. Assist with all promotional item giveaways. Staff should report to work 3 hours before game time and expect to work through the game on average 5 to 6 hours total. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Degree preferred but not mandatory. Must have excellent communication and people skills. For certain job functions successful background check required.
Responsible for engaging, interacting, and building relationships with fans throughout the ballpark to accentuate the Atlanta Braves experience while at Turner Field. The staff will serve as peripheral support for the Ticket Sales department. The staff's game-day focuses will be to entice fans to enroll in the Braves fan clubs like the Atlanta Braves Kids Club, to participate in lead generation efforts by surveying fans and promoting current sales initiatives, and to facilitate Pre-Game events such as hospitality patios, on-field parades, and All-Star Kids Parties. Qualifications: Staff members must be able to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times. Previous customer service experience a plus. Should be available from February - October, must be able to arrive 4 hours prior to each home game and work late hours, must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively; an outgoing attitude is a plus, ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to maintain a positive attitude and be proactive with fans, a high energy attitude and possess strong customer service knowledge, ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced setting, additional applicable duties that may evolve. Staff members will work a variety of positions during the season.

Qualifications: Working knowledge of computers and experience in handling money. Experience with Ticketmaster preferred. Must be available to work most games and work flexible hours. Must be able to provide excellent customer service when dealing with the public. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Background check required.
Must be courteous, knowledgeable and outgoing. The primary responsibility of this position is to collect/scan a valid ticket from each guest who enters Turner Field. Ticket Takers work 4½ to 5½ hours per game. Qualifications: Required to greet and communicate with each guest as you scan and verify tickets, must be able to report a minimum of 2½ hours before each game time, and must be able to stand for long periods of time, work game delays and extra innings if needed and work in inclement weather.
Acts as the host to all guests during their visit to Turner Field. Each usher will be assigned a specific seating section (aisle) in Turner Field and is responsible for making sure guests are seated in their correct location. It is important that each Usher try to anticipate guests' problems and never avoid or ignore problems. Ushers work 5 to 6½ hours per game. Qualifications: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, patrol their aisles on a regular basis and have excellent communication skills, must report to work 2½ hours before each game, must be able to work 30 minutes after conclusion of the game/clearing of the seating bowl, must be able to work in inclement weather and work game delays and extra innings if needed.
The B.A.T. (Braves Around Town) Team is a mobile marketing part-time/seasonal staff that does event marketing at various events throughout the Atlanta-Metro area. B.A.T. Team members assist with event marketing on game and non-game days, serving as brand ambassadors for the Atlanta Braves. Qualifications: Ability to interact and speak in front of large audiences, high-energy employee with confidence and charisma, good verbal and non-verbal skills, general knowledge of the game of baseball, ability to work off-site events, reliable, professional, and punctual, fluent bi- or multi-lingual ability is a plus.
The Career Fair will take place on Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm prior to the Colorado Rockies vs. Braves game that evening.
