Hotel Info

All accommodations are two-room suites, each with a wet-bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, two flat-screen televisions, two dual-line telephones with voice mail and speakerphone, wireless high speed internet access (additional cost) and a complimentary copy of the weekday USA Today.

Hotel amenities include: an outdoor heated oversized swimming pool, a whirlpool, a renovated exercise room which features new equipment, an on-site restaurant open for lunch and dinner, and complimentary shuttle service to Biltmore area attractions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

After submitting your registration, your credit card will be charged immediately for the full amount (the cost of the trip plus any related online service charges). You will receive confirmation of your trip, as well as information on obtaining travel protection within fourteen days of your online registration. This trip insurance is not included in the price of the trip and must be purchased separately.

Please note that 50% of the total purchase price of the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event you would like to cancel your reservation and receive a partial refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation by Tuesday, December 18, 2012. NO REFUNDS will be given after December 18, 2012.

Trips are transferrable. You may change the name(s) on the travel itinerary for a fee of $100 (per instance) up until Friday, February 15, 2013. Any name changes occurring after February 15, 2013 must be done in person upon check-in at the airport on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. You will be assessed the standard name change fee by the airline..

Are we to meet at the airport for departure, or is transportation being provided from the stadium?

Transportation will only be provided in Phoenix, AZ so it is every traveler's responsibility to arrive at the airport on their own. Guests will be responsible for paying for any transportation fees or parking fees they may receive as a result of taking a shuttle to, or parking at the airport.

If I am a single traveler, will I have my own room?

If you purchase a vacation package for a single traveler, you will have your own room we will not be assigning roommates. Conversely, if you purchase a vacation package for a couple (with or without additional guests), your group will be assigned to the same room.

Can I request a smoking / no smoking room?

All of the suites reserved are smoke-free. If you would like to reserve a smoking room, you may request one upon check-in. The Embassy Suites Biltmore does not accept requests prior to check-in, nor do they guarantee a smoking room will be available.

Is there an age limit / minimum?

No, there is no age limit. However, there must be at least one parent/legal guardian registered in each group.

How much is it for my child?

There is no separate pricing for children 3 and older. However, accommodations can be made for children under the age of 2 by contacting (414) 902-GO-AZ and asking to speak with the travel coordinator.

Where are the seats for the games?

At this time, no information about seating is available. The Brewers Road Crew will make every effort to provide premium seating for each of the games in attendance.

What happens if I miss the bus? How long after the game will the bus leave?

You will be provided with an itinerary upon check-in. It will be your responsibility to make note of bus departure times and be prompt when boarding. If you should miss the bus, it will be your responsibility to find alternate transportation to any of the destinations.

Do I have to go to every game?

Game tickets are included in the package, but you are not required to attend them. There will be NO REFUNDS for any unused game tickets, either as a result choosing not to attend or missing the bus.

Am I able to adjust my flight if I wish to extend/shorten my trip?

We are unable to accommodate changes to the travel itinerary. If you would like to adjust your flight/travel times or dates, you must do so on your own and at your own expense. There will be no refunds for unused airline tickets, hotel nights or transportation transfers.

Can I purchase additional opening day tickets in my section prior to general sale?

Inventory of Opening Day tickets is limited, so each guest will only receive one (1) ticket. Additional tickets will not be made available for purchase, nor can the Milwaukee Brewers guarantee any particular seating location in advance.

What if I want to pay by check?

You must register in person by calling 414-902-4424. Checks must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of registration in order to secure the itinerary. They can be mailed or dropped off at the Brewers front offices at Miller Park. Make checks payable to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. What is the Daily Manager's Reception?

The Embassy Suites Biltmore offers a cocktail and hors d'oeuvre reception in their hotel lobby each night for all guests registered at their facility.

When will I receive my travel documents?

Upon registration, you will receive confirmation of your purchase in the mail, along with information on how to obtain trip insurance. Finalized travel documentation will be mailed to you no later than February 26, 2013. The primary guest on the reservation will receive documentation for each person in his/her group. You may request a separation of travel information in advance by speaking with a Brewers Road Crew travel coordinator.

What if I wish to cancel my trip?

50% of the total purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event you would like to cancel your reservation and receive a partial refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation by Friday, January 4, 2013. NO REFUNDS will be given after Friday, January 4, 2013. Trips are transferable. You may change the name(s) on the travel itinerary for a fee of $100 (per instance) up until Friday, February 15, 2013.
