For your convenience, you have the option to have your The Tribe membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums (e.g., personalized photo) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. The Tribe will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2013 The Tribe membership if a refund request is received by contacting email@example.com within 10 days of your 2013 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will The Tribe memberships be refunded once the tickets have been requested.
The Tribe may determine, in its discretion, to discontinue a membership tier offered for purchase with automatic renewal. If that occurs, such memberships will not automatically renew. The Tribe will contact those members by email prior to the start of the next regular season to notify them of available membership options for that year's baseball season.
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2013 MEMBERSHIP
All The Tribe members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2013 will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February 2013 and then automatically have their memberships renew approximately two weeks later. For information on refunds for automatically renewed 2013 memberships, please see above.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
If you purchase a 2013 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renew, and such membership tier is still available in 2014, then your membership will automatically renew approximately in February 2014, unless you contact us by Jan. 15, 2014, to opt to have the automatic renewal feature canceled. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in approximately February 2014 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in approximately February 2014, and will be subject to the refund policy set forth below.
We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a membership in The Tribe on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to register for an MLB.com account and activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive The Tribe online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.

YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE TRIBE. The email you receive when you are notified of your gift includes a special link and information on how to activate your membership online. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the online benefits of your 2013 The Tribe gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by Sept. 1, 2013. If you do not activate by such date, your gift Welcome Package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Welcome Package for The Tribe contains your personalized membership card, welcome letter, and personalized 4"x6" scoreboard picture.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin to be shipped in April 2013. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Neither the Cleveland Indians nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2013 membership cards returned by the U.S. Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Ave., New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2013 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable The Tribe member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Bring your "The Tribe" membership card (or printed copy of 2013 membership confirmation e-mail) and a valid photo ID to the Progressive Field Team Shop during a designated tour time. This offer is available for you and one guest. You may also call 216.420.HITS in advance of the tour to speak to a Fan Club coordinator to verify your membership and arrange a tour time. Join other "The Tribe" members for exclusive group nights during the season. Group discount codes will be available exclusively to members of "The Tribe" on at least two occasions during the 2013 season, allowing group members to enjoy Indians games with fellow fans. Additional information including event dates and discount codes will be posted on The Tribe members-only section on indians.com no later than April 15, 2013.
Members of "The Tribe" will have access to special offers and content on the members-only section of the site. You must have a valid "The Tribe" username and password to log in. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your "The Tribe" member login.

INDIANS.COM ONLINE SHOP DISCOUNT AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Members can take ten percent (10%) off a single eligible order at the indians.com/Shop, the Official Online Shop of the Cleveland Indians. A one-time-use promotional code will be available to you through "The Tribe" members-only section on indians.com. The promotional code will be valid from March 15, 2013, through 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2013. There is a limit of one use per customer/email address. Upon payment of first year's dues you will be shipped a FREE Cleveland Indians Stadium Blanket, a FREE MLB Insiders Guide, a FREE MLB Records Booklet, plus then-current members will get a FREE Official MLB All-Star Game Program in July, all at no additional cost. If you do not wish to continue your MLB Insiders Club membership, simply return a dues notice marked "cancel" and owe nothing.
