How can I purchase a Reds Heads membership?

You can purchase a membership online, right here at reds.com/kidsclub. Click “Purchase Reds Heads Membership,” choose the quantity of memberships and the jersey size for each then choose “Find Seats.” Please disregard any reference to tickets or seats; you are only purchasing the Reds Heads membership at this time. There is a $2 convenience fee and $8 shipping fee for each membership purchased online.

You can also purchase the memberships in person during any home game throughout the season or at the Great American Ballpark front office lobby Monday through Friday (9am-5pm on non-game days and 9am- 3pm on game days). Please note that all purchases in the front office lobby are cash only.

When I try to purchase a membership online, it looks like I am buying tickets. Is this correct?

This is correct. Although some of the language on the purchasing website references tickets and seats, you are only purchasing the Reds Heads membership at this time.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

It typically takes 4 weeks for online orders to arrive. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail.

What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?

Activating your membership gives you access to the full benefits of the Reds Heads Kids Club. If you do not activate your membership, you will not be able to attend any of the club ballpark experience events or use your ticket offers.

To activate your membership visit reds.com/kidsclub and click "Activate Reds Heads Membership." Fill out the information requested and submit the form. The activation code that is required is the 6 character code found on the first page of your Reds Heads voucher booklet.

How do I redeem my free 2014 regular season home game voucher?

After activating your membership, follow the link in the confirmation email you received or visit reds.com/kidsclub and click “Redeem Tickets & Discount Offers”. Use the six character code in your Reds Heads voucher booklet and follow the step-by-step instructions printed on page 6 to redeem your free ticket. Are the ticket offers for members only, or do the parents get discounted tickets too?

The free 2014 regular season home game ticket voucher is valid for Reds Heads members only. The discounted ticket offer for the Joey Votto figurine games and ballpark experience games can be used for Reds Heads members and any family and friends attending with the club member.

How do I RSVP for ballpark experiences?

After activating your membership, follow the link in the confirmation email you received or visit reds.com/kidsclub and click “RSVP for Events”. Use the six character code in the voucher booklet and follow the step-by-step instructions to RSVP. Choose your dates carefully as once you make your selection, you will not be able to change it. After you choose your dates, you will be emailed an event ticket. You must print that ticket and bring it with you in order to participate or have the ability to display the ticket on your mobile phone. If you are RSVP’ing for multiple members, you will need to go through the process using each code individually.

Does my member get to attend multiple ballpark experiences each season?

Yes, there are multiple events for members throughout the season, but members can only attend each type of experience one time per season. (For example, there are several autograph session dates available, but members are only able to RSVP for one of them.) This limit is to ensure that every member who would like to attend an event has the opportunity to do so.

Do I have to pay for any of the ballpark experiences?

For the experiences that happen on the field (Postgame Parades and Run the Bases), Reds Heads members and any family, friends, or guardians in attendance must have a valid game ticket in order to participate or watch. For the autograph sessions in the Reds Hall of Fame Reds Heads members receive free admission. Any accompanying family, friends or guardians will be required to pay a discounted admission fee of $5 to the Reds Hall of Fame. The Reds Heads Q&A session has free admission for both members and accompanying guests.

If I am taking my Reds Heads member to a ballpark experience and a sibling or friend who is not a Reds Heads member wants to attend, is that ok?

While siblings and friends are welcome to join and may be required to pay an admission fee or have a valid game ticket to gain entry to the event, we do keep all ballpark experiences and special offers exclusive to Reds Heads members. Therefore siblings or friends who are not members are not able to participate in specific activities at events. We encourage siblings and friends join the club as well so they too can take part in all the fun!

How do the autograph sessions work?

The autograph sessions will take place in the Reds Hall of Fame located on Joe Nuxhall Way. Sessions will start at the time specified when you RSVP. There is one player at each autograph session, and we will not announce that player until approximately 24 hours before the event. The player will sign until the line is done (which is usually anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes), so get there early to ensure that you meet the player and get his autograph. We will not have the player remain at the event for late arrivals. We recommend arriving early to allow time to find parking and walking. The member’s RSVP event ticket is required for participation.

What are the Reds Heads Captain figurine games?

The figurine games are an opportunity for members to receive a free collectible figurine of their favorite players. Each year, the captain of the Reds Heads Kids Club will be the player figurine that is given out. Figurines are for Reds Heads members only who purchase tickets through the figurine game ticket offer only and can be picked up at the Reds Heads Clubhouse in the Kroger Fan Zone. Figurines are not available for purchase, and can only be obtained by attending one of the figurine games specified. The figurine game ticket offer can be found at reds.com/kidsclub.

What if my child loses their membership card, voucher book, or other membership items?

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items. You will have to purchase an entire merchandise packet for $25. Items cannot be sold individually.

Who gets chosen for the Reds Heads Run-On and other on-field activities?

Every Reds Heads member who has activated their membership is automatically entered into a drawing for these memorable experiences. If you are chosen, a representative from the Reds will contact you at least one week in advance of the event to provide you with all the important details.
