What ages are recommended for Reds Heads memberships?

We recommend the Reds Heads Kids Club for ages 3-12. We also have the Reds Rookies baby club for children under age 3 and Club Red for fans ages 13-18. Find our more information on those clubs by following the links below.

Does my Reds Heads membership automatically renew each season?

No, a membership must be purchased each year for a child to be considered an active member.

How do I purchase a Reds Heads membership?

You can purchase a membership online, right here at reds.com/kidsclub. Click the "Purchase" button on the home page and complete the registration/payment form. There is a $2 convenience fee and $8 shipping fee for each membership purchased online.

You can also purchase memberships at the Reds Heads Clubhouse or Fan Club booth during any home game throughout the season or at the Great American Ballpark front office lobby Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm on non-game days and 9am- 3pm on game days.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

It typically takes 2 weeks for online orders to arrive. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail.

What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?

Activating your membership gives you access to the full benefits of the Reds Heads Kids Club and ensures we have your correct contact information. Those who have activated their membership are entered into a drawing for chances to meet a Reds player on the field before the game starts and earn a stamp in the Reds Heads Activity Book.

To activate your membership visit reds.com/kidsclub and click "Activate." Fill out the information requested and submit the form. The activation code that is required is the unique 6 character code found on the first page of your Reds Heads Activity Book.

What games can we attend with our free tickets, and what goes on at Reds Heads games?

We have designated specific dates during the season as Reds Heads games. You can use your 2 free tickets to attend any one of those select games. The game dates are listed here (link to ticketing page). During those Reds Heads games, we will have Reds Heads members participate in pregame ceremonies on the field, scoreboard recognition for members during the game, and visits from the mascots and the Reds Rally Pack. Make sure you wear your Reds Heads gear to this game, and get ready to have a blast!

How do I redeem my free tickets?

If you purchased the membership at the ballpark, you received two free tickets at that time to the Reds Heads game of your choice. These are your game tickets, and no further action needs to be taken to use them.

If you purchased the membership online or from Bob Evans, you received a paper ticket voucher that contains a unique six character code. Visit reds.com/kidsclub and click the "Tickets" button, then follow the instructions to redeem them.

How do I exchange the tickets I have or purchase additional tickets?

If you would like to purchase additional tickets or exchange the tickets you have for a another Reds Heads game, please visit the Reds Ticket Office at the main entrance of Great American Ball Park before the day of the game. Additional tickets can be purchased at any time, but tickets must be exchanged before the game date printed on the ticket has passed. The ticket office is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday and 10am - 6 pm on Saturday.

How do I RSVP for ballpark experiences?

After activating your membership, visit reds.com/kidsclub and click on the "RSVP" button. Choose the experience and date you would like to attend, and use the six character code in the Reds Heads Passport to register for an event ticket. Choose your dates carefully as once you make your selection, you will not be able to change it. After you register for an event ticket, you will be emailed the ticket. You must print that ticket and bring it with you the experience or have the ability to display the ticket on your mobile phone. If you are RSVP'ing for multiple members, you will need to go through the process using each code individually.

Does my member get to attend multiple ballpark experiences each season?

Yes, there are multiple events for members throughout the season, but members can only attend each type of experience one time per season. (For example, there are several autograph session dates available, but members are only able to RSVP for one of them.) This limit is to ensure that every member who would like to attend an event has the opportunity to do so.

Do I have to pay for any of the ballpark experiences?

For the experiences that happen on the field (Postgame Parades and Run the Bases), Reds Heads members and any family or friends in attendance must have a valid game ticket in order to participate or watch. For the autograph sessions in the Reds Hall of Fame, Reds Heads members receive free admission. Any accompanying family, friends or guardians will be required to pay a discounted admission fee of $5 to the Reds Hall of Fame. The Reds Heads Q&A session has free admission for both members and accompanying guests and does not require a game ticket.

If I am taking my Reds Heads member to a ballpark experience and a sibling or friend who is not a Reds Heads member wants to attend, is that ok?

We keep all ballpark experiences exclusive to Reds Heads members. Therefore siblings or friends who are not members are not able to participate in the experiences. We encourage siblings and friends join the club as well so they too can take part in all the fun!

How do the autograph sessions work?

The autograph sessions will take place in the Reds Hall of Fame located on Joe Nuxhall Way. Sessions will start at the time specified when you RSVP and will last approximately 30 minutes. There is one player at each autograph session, and we will not be able to announce that player until approximately 24 hours before the event. We will not have the player remain at the event for late arrivals, so get there early to ensure that you meet the player and get his autograph. We recommend arriving early to allow time to find parking and walking. The member's RSVP event ticket is required for participation.

What is the Reds Heads Activity Book?

The Reds Heads Activity Book contains valuable information on ballpark experiences and opportunities to get awesome prizes when you attend games. Make sure you keep this safe so that you don't miss out on any part of the membership. You can use the unique six character code inside to RSVP for ballpark experiences, and you can earn stamps for attending the games and completing the activities specified in the booklet. The more stamps you earn, the more prizes you receive.

What if my child loses their Reds Heads Activity Book, membership card, or other items?

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items. You will have to purchase a membership for $30. Items cannot be sold individually. Additionally, stamps on the Reds Heads Activity Book cannot be replaced if the Book is lost.

Who gets chosen for the Reds Heads Run-On and other on-field activities?

Every Reds Heads member who has activated their membership is automatically entered into a drawing for these memorable experiences. If you are chosen, a representative from the Reds will contact you at least one week in advance of the event to provide you with all the important details.
