MLB's Most Flexible Exchange Policy: With 60 exchange dates available in 2013, you will enjoy the most flexible exchange policy in Major League Baseball. Tickets can be exchanged at the Box Office for any non-prime game. Your season tickets must be exchanged at least one business day prior to the date of the game you are returning and a desired exchange date is required.
Personalized Customer Service: As a Season Plan Holder, you'll work with a Personal Account Representative who will assist you throughout the year with any additional ticketing needs and special requests you may have.
OriolesREACH Ticket Donation Program: If you're unable to use or exchange your tickets, you can contribute them to the OriolesREACH Ticket Donation Program. Season tickets can be donated through the Orioles to a local non-profit organization benefiting children. Your contribution may be tax deductible. Express Ticket Window at Oriole Park: Avoid long lines at the Box Office with the priority Season Plan Holder Express Window. On gamedays, a specific window will be available exclusively for Plan Holders to assist with ticket exchanges and additional purchases.
Manage Your Account Online: Maximize the value of your Season Plan by forwarding your tickets through email at no charge, conveniently listing tickets for sale on Stubhub, updating your contact information and making payments online at orioles.com/myaccount.
$1 Replay Dates: All Plan Holders have the opportunity to "cash in" on Season Tickets you forgot you had, misplaced, or simply did not use. For a small processing fee of $1 per ticket, unused season tickets can be redeemed at any Box Office window for an Upper Reserve seat to select games. Eligible $1 Replay Dates are as follows:
Exclusive Autograph Session: All Full Season and 29-Game Plan Holders will be invited to an Exclusive Autograph Session with Orioles players prior to the mid-season "State of the Orioles" address with Dan Duquette and Buck Showalter on Saturday, July 13.
Free Scoreboard Surprises: Commemorate a loved one's birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park's center field video board during games. Just call your Personal Account Representative at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your surprise (three complimentary surprises per season).
Free Bird Visit: One of the most magical and memorable parts of a trip to Oriole Park is an encounter with The Oriole Bird. All Full Season and 29-Game Plan holders can reserve one FREE visit from The Bird during any non-prime home game (a $75 value). "State of the Orioles" Meetings: Go behind the scenes with our exclusive "State of the Orioles" addresses during the 2013 season, featuring EVP of Baseball Operations Dan Duquette and Manager Buck Showalter. Each meeting will include an address by the team, as well as an exclusive question and answer session. This year's events are scheduled for January 19 at FanFest and before the O's/Blue Jays game on July 13.
Opening Day Tickets: Full and 29-Game Season Plans include tickets to Opening Day - Friday, April 5 vs. the Twins. Plus, all 13-Game Plan Holders are eligible to purchase Opening Day tickets at the discounted Season Plan Holder Price. (Opening Day tickets are limited to the number of Plan Seats purchased, not to exceed 8 total tickets.)
Early Access for Batting Practice and More: A special entry gate located by the Flag Court in Right Field will allow Season Plan Holders to enter the ballpark 30 minutes before standard gate times prior to every home game. Plus, enjoy Season Plan Holder VIP lines for events such as Kids Run the Bases and FanFest.
