This program allows you to receive new tickets at a deeply-discounted rate of $5 per ticket for any games that went unused. Tickets are subject to availability in Field View, Terrace View, Outfield, Club Pavilion, or Upper Box on the following dates:
If you have FanPass (digital) tickets, please email your Client Services Representative with the following information:
Your replacement tickets will be added to your online Braves account upon completion.
If you have paper tickets, simply mail your tickets to your Client Service Representative at the Atlanta Braves, 755 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta, GA 30315. Please include a letter that includes the following information:
Unused tickets can also be returned in-person at the Season Ticket Holder Clubhouse during a Braves game, or at the Ticket Services windows in the 755 Club Lobby during normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.
