SEASON TICKET HOLDER PLAY DAY:
As a 2009 Season Ticket Holder, you and a guest will be invited to an end of the season "Play Day"! Take some swings in the Braves batting cages, throw some warm-up tosses from the bullpen, field grounders and pop flies, and take a full tour of Turner Field.

TICKET EXCHANGE RULES:
You can now exchange your Braves tickets with only 24 hours notice either in person at the exclusive Season Ticket Holder area or by mail if you prefer.Mail any tickets you wish to exchange directly to your account representative and specify the upcoming game(s) you would like in return. The Turner Field mailing address is 755 Hank Aaron Drive Atlanta, Georgia 30315. Upon receiving your tickets, your account representative will exchange them for the best available seats in your seating area for the games you specify. If it's more convenient, you may exchange your tickets in person at Turner Field during regular business hours.

UNUSED TICKET REDEMPTION:
Did you have a last minute issue that didn't allow you to use your tickets for a game? We will now offer an opportunity to enhance your investment and redeem your unused tickets to select games for a nominal fee.
 

ADD VALUE TO YOUR TICKETS:
The Braves are now offering the opportunity to add value to your season tickets. $10 in stored value can be added to your ticket for only $8 per game! SEASON TICKET HOLDER RECEPTIONS:
Each month during the season, we will host a different group of season ticket holders at a pre-game reception. Food, drinks, a Q & A with a Braves player, coach, or executive, and a raffle for great Braves prizes are all included!
 
Sell your Tickets Online through StubHub
As a Braves Season Ticket Holder, you now have the ability to sell your tickets online directly through our partnership with StubHub. Contrary to last season, you will have no restrictions placed on your ability to sell tickets.
 
No-Interest Financing

Online Braves Account Access
Through your online Account Manager you will be able to view your invoices, make your account changes, and forward your tickets electronically. Account Manager is accessed through the Season Ticket Holder website at www.braves.com/sth and by using "bravessth" as your passcode. The account and password information necessary to log into your online Account Manager can be found in the upper right hand corner of your invoice.
 
Email your Tickets and Parking Passes
All Atlanta Braves Season Ticket Holders have the ability to forward their tickets and parking passes directly through the Season Ticket Holder website at www.braves.com/sth. Use "bravessth" as your passcode. Click on Ticket Technology on the left side of the screen and then click on Ticket Forwarding. An information screen appears that offers step-by-step instructions on forwarding your tickets and parking passes. The account and password information necessary to log into your online Account Manager can be found in the upper right hand corner of your invoice.
 
Donate your Season Tickets
If you know you won't be able to attend an upcoming Braves game, donate your tickets to the Braves Reach Out program, an initiative that enables underprivileged kids to enjoy a game at Turner Field. Forward tickets and/or parking passes to bravesticketdonations@braves.com at least 72 hours in advance of the game. Opportunities are available to purchase additional tickets towards this program.
 
755 Club Membership
The 755 Club, Turner Field's upscale restaurant and bar, makes any baseball game seem like a first-class event. An annual membership can be added to your season ticket package for only $600 and covers up to four seats. Memberships for each additional seat can be purchased for only $75.

Turner Field Events Opportunities
Exclusive ticket opportunities for non-game day special events held at Turner Field (concerts, parking lot events, etc.) will be communicated throughout the season as a special benefit. Present your original season ticket at specially marked VIP turnstiles at Turner Field's Main, Northeast, or Northwest gates for express entry.
 
20% Discount at Braves Clubhouse Store at CNN Center
Present a photo ID and your season ticket ID to receive a 20% discount on purchases at the Braves Clubhouse Store at the CNN Center. Discounts are not applicable to sale items or catalog items.
 
Option to Purchase Post-Season Tickets
Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase the same number of seats for post-season play that they held during the regular season.
 
Seat & Parking Relocation and Upgrade Opportunities
The Braves are happy to announce the continuation of Select-A-Seat, our annual relocation event scheduled for early February. During this event, you can choose to relocate your current seats and/or purchase additional seats in a location that YOU choose. Request to attend this event by completing the Seat Relocation form enclosed in your renewal kit and returning it along with your full payment prior to the early renewal deadline of December, 14th 2007.
 
The Braves must receive your seat and parking change requests with full payment in order for you to participate in Select-A-Seat. You will be notified via email as to the exact time of your appointment.
 
At this time you will have the opportunity to walk through Turner Field and select your new seat location, based on availability. Additionally, if you would like to add seats to your account, we encourage you to do so at this time to choose from the best available seats.
