Postseason Ticket Refunds

Please review the chart below. The first column refers to the method in which you purchased your tickets. Upon determining this method, follow the chart to the right to determine how your purchase will be handled.

If you did not purchase your tickets through any of the following outlets, it is likely you purchased through a third party. Please refer back to that website or ticket seller to inquire about your refund.

If at any point in this process you have questions, please call Braves Ticket Sales at (404) 577-9100 to speak with a Braves representative. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Turner Field Ticket Window or TicketMaster Retail Outlet (i.e. Publix) Turner Field Ticket Window: Please bring all tickets purchased to Turner Field (Administrative Office entrance) and fill out a Ticket Refund Request. Business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Note: Please allow 3-6 weeks for refund.

TicketMaster Retail Outlet: Must go back to Ticketmaster outlet of purchase to request refund.
Ticketmaster Online or Over the Phone Automatic refund will be processed on Thursday, October 2nd to the same credit card of purchase. The entire amount paid will be refunded, including any service or handling fees.
Stubhub Per StubHub.com, if the game is not played, you will automatically receive a refund within 48 hours of the event being cancelled, including any service or shipping fees. All refunds have been processed. If they have not, please contact StubHub customer support on StubHub.com
Postseason strips, suites, group tickets or single game tickets through the front office All money spent on tickets including handling fees will be carried over in a credit to be used towards 2015 season tickets.

If a refund is requested, it will be processed back in the same method of payment it was received. Call 404.577.9100 during regular business hours to speak with a ticket sales representative. Note: Refunds will begin being processed on Tuesday, October 2nd. After October 2nd all refund requests should be processed within a week's time.
