In the event a game is not played, the amount printed on the face of the ticket will be eligible for a refund. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be automatically refunded. All other game tickets must be returned to the point of sale to receive a refund. Please note, tickets purchased at the Turner Field Box office will receive a refund check by mail or a credit to their charge card. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
