Bring your best friend to the Braves game on Sunday, September 7, 2008, at Turner Field in Atlanta when the Braves play the Washington Nationals at 1:30 p.m.

(Up to 6 additional tickets allowed)

Please note: all canine tickets must be purchased with a human ticket. Fans with two or more dogs must have an additional "owner" accompanying the additional canine. Tickets will be available for pick-up on Sunday, September 7, beginning at 9:30 AM. To pick up your tickets, go to the special 'Bark in The Park' will-call table located outside of the NW Gate at the corner of Ralph David Abernathy Dr and Pollard St. No tickets will be mailed or available in advance.

NOTE: You must sign a waiver stating that your dog's vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are current. This waiver hold you (the owner) liable in the event of an incident. We recommend you contact your veterinarian regarding other vaccinations that may suit your dog's needs. The Braves reserve the right to deny any dog or human entrance to Turner Field to the Bark at the Park event for any reason they may see fit.
Required Vaccinations:

Rabies - given annually, but sometimes can be a 3 year.
DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para influenza) � all given annually, sometimes referred to as the Combo Vaccination, especially when it includes Parvo.
Parvo � given annually, many times this is included in the DHLP and indicated as DHLPP.
Bordatella � given either every six months or annually. Sometimes referred to as: Kennel Cough OR Tracheobronchitis.

NOTE: In order to participate in the Bark In The Park event at Turner Filed you are required to acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Liability Waiver attached below in addition to executing a physical copy of such Liability Waiver prior to entering Turner Field. The Liability Waiver confirms, among other things, that your dog's vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are current and that you (the owner) hold the Braves harmless in the event of an incident related to your dog. We recommend you contact your veterinarian regarding other vaccinations that may suit your dog's needs. The Braves reserve the right to deny any dog or human entrance to Turner Field to the Bark at the Park event for any reason they may see fit as allowed under applicable laws.

Waiver and General Release of Claims and Covenants Not to Sue

I, the undersigned, fully understand, appreciate and agree that I have voluntarily requested to participate in an event at Turner Field in Atlanta, Georgia (the "Event"), which will involve my attendance and the attendance of one dog of which I have custody, at Turner Field in Atlanta, Georgia. I understand that by participating in the Event, my actions may result in anticipated and/or unanticipated injuries and damage to myself and others including my dog; as well as the dogs of others. I hereby represent that the dog of which I have custody during the Event is in good health. I understand that no pet will be allowed admittance without confirmation of current vaccinations. I agree to abide by any decision of any Atlanta Braves official, or contracting on behalf of the Atlanta Braves, concerning my ability or the ability of the dog of which I have custody to participate in the Event safely, and I further agree that Atlanta Braves' officials may authorize necessary treatment for me and/or the dog in my custody. I assume any and all the risks associated with my participation and the participation and actions of my dog in this Event including, but not limited to, risk of or associated with injury and property damage including injury to dogs, illness, falls, contact with spectators at the Event, injuries or damages sustained by and through other participants dogs, the effects of the weather including extreme temperatures and humidity, the condition of the premises and Turner Field, including all sidewalks and parking lots, and it is understood and agreed that all such risks are appreciated by me. I agree to abide by all the rules and instructions given in connection with this Event. I assume the risk for injuries and damages sustained as a result of the manner and method by which the Event is administered. I acknowledge that I have completed the "Dog Day 2008 Application." I understand that I am solely responsible for the accuracy of information that is contained therein and I hold the parties as identified below released from liability and any responsibility for verifying the information contained in the applications and whether the information was provided by me or a third party. I, the undersigned, have read this waiver and I am competent and of legal age to sign the waiver with full understanding of the above information. In consideration for allowing me to participate in this Event with the dog in my control, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators or anyone acting on my behalf, waive, release, and covenant not to sue and full indemnify and hold harmless and discharge the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Time Warner Inc., the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority, ARAMARK, Imperial Parking Services, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, predecessors and successors, owners, agents, partners, officials, employees and representatives, any sponsor of the Event, suppliers, agents, and independent contractors or other personnel in any way assisting or connected with this Event from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation and the participation and actions of my dog in this Event, regardless of who causes the injury or damage sustained and regardless of whether based on fault or negligence or not. I understand that my dog will not be allowed admittance unless and until I agree to assume full responsibility for the actions of my dog. I also understand that parties named in this waiver and hereby grant such parties the perpetual right to use for publicity or promotional purposes, my name or pictures of me and my dog or dogs in any media without any liability or obligation to me.
