OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Atlanta Braves Radio Network/Chrysler-Jeep Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia (excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of The Atlanta Braves Radio Network (the "Sponsor"), Crysler-Jeep, the other MLB Entities and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), Tickets.com, Baseball Television, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC (d/b/a Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from www.braves.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 p.m. ET on April 10, 2007 and ends at 12:00am on September 7, 2007 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to www.braves.com/radio and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to launch online entry form for the Atlanta Braves Radio Network/Chrysler-Jeep Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes. By submitting your complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, telephone number, mobile phone number (optional) and e-mail address to MLBAM via the online entry form, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/mlb/help/mlb_help_about_privacy.jsp. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number and email address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail to: Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes, 1819 Peachtree Rd. NE, Suite 700 Atlanta, GA 30309. Sponsor will only use email addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 7th, 2007 and received by Sponsor by September 14th, 2007. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about September 15th, 2007 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Will Be Awarded. Winner will receive (the "Prize"):

a) The opportunity to be on-field during the Atlanta Braves batting practice, prior to the Braves game at Turner Field on September 23, 2007, versus the Brewers
b) The opportunity to sit to the Braves Broadcast Booth, during the Braves game at Turner Field on September 23, 2007, versus the Brewers
c) The opportunity for winner, and fifteen (15) guests, to sit in a luxury suite at Turner Field, during the Braves game at Turner Field on September 23, 2007, versus the Brewers
d) An authentic Braves Jersey
e) An allotment of autographed items from current Braves players. Players to be determined by the Braves Radio Network.

(Estimated Retail Value of prize: Suite: $2000, Jersey: $150, Autographed Items: $100.).

The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the Prize, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner's companions must be 18 years of age or older, unless traveling with a parent or guardian. MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or Sponsor, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of MLB games. There will be no substitutions for the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize Prize except due to unavailability, in which case, a cash prize of equal value to the face value of the Prize will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor.

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM. In the event that the Winner does not respond to any such notification within one (1) days, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. If applicable, Sponsor will notify the alternate prize Winner via e-mail and/or telephone, after which the alternate prize Winner must reply and agree via to such prize notification within twenty-four (24) hours to claim the Prize. If the alternate prize Winner fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, is adjudged to be ineligible or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and the selection by random drawing of another alternate prize winner will occur from among all remaining eligible entries. This procedure shall continue, if necessary, until the prize is awarded.

The Winner will receive Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be completed, notarized and returned within three (3) days of receipt. A disqualification will result and an alternative winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if the Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability are not properly returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability as non-deliverable will also result in disqualification and cause an alternative winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize, and each Winner grants to Sponsor and MLBAM the right to publicize such Winner's name and/or likeness in any medium without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their agents. Sponsor and MLBAM shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or the other MLB Entities corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellations.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 1819 Peachtree Rd. NE, Suite 700 Atlanta, GA 30309. Winner's list requests must be made by December 15th, 2007.
