2005 Bravo Club Rules and Regulations

1. One (1) Bravo Card per person. Patrons may become eligible by filling out Bravo Club enrollment forms that are located at Turner Field and participating Publix Super Markets.

2. The Bravo Card is non-transferable and can only be used/swiped by the person to whom it is registered.

3. Picture I.D. and a valid game day ticket must be presented when registering and redeeming rewards and vouchers. Children under age 18 without picture I.D. must have a parent or guardian present when registering and redeeming rewards and vouchers.

4. Points are credited only when the Bravo Card is swiped at designated kiosks at Turner Field. Points will not be credited for past Braves games in which attendance was not recorded at designated Turner Field kiosk locations, whether or not the patron can establish attendance at such past game.

5. Bravo Club points earned during the 2005 season are good only for the 2005 Bravo Club Reward Levels listed. Members earn all of the Bravo Club Rewards that they qualify for with points accumulated each regular season game. The Atlanta Braves reserve the right to substitute rewards of comparable value. All points must be redeemed by September 28, 2005. Bravo Club members who are individual game ticket holders are ineligible to receive Bravo Club Preferred benefits and rewards at those plans' point levels unless recognized as the account holder of record on the official Braves season ticket account.

6. Reward vouchers and coupons cannot be replaced and are non-transferable. Rewards are based on an eighty-three (83) game pre-season and regular season Atlanta Braves home schedule in 2005. If one or more games are cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, rewards may be changed based on the shortened home game schedule, at the sole discretion of the Braves.

7. Acceptance of any reward or its proxy constitutes permission to use such participant's name, voice, picture and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, throughout the world in perpetuity.

8. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes and rewards are the sole responsibility of the participants. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. These Rules are subject and subordinate to the Constitution, By-Laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, directives, policies and agreements of MLB and MLB Properties as they presently exist or as they from time to time may be amended.

9. Participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Rules including any modifications or amendments that may be implemented from time to time. The Braves reserve the right to modify or cancel the Bravo Club rewards program at any time in its sole discretion without notice. If any provision of these Rules and Regulations is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Participants, by registering and/or accepting any prize or reward, you agree that your use of any reward, is at your sole risk and you release the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Time Warner, Inc., Major League Baseball, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and sponsors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively the "Braves Parties") from any and all liability for property damage and personal injuries with respect to attendance at the game, participation in the program and possession or use/misuse of any prize or reward.

11. The Atlanta Braves expressly disclaim all liability for and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All rewards are provided "as is" and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

12. Seasonal, part-time, volunteer, and contract employees of the Atlanta Braves, Time Warner, Major League Baseball, Turner Field, ARAMARK, and their affiliates or subsidiaries, or anyone working with game-day operations, are ineligible for participation in the Bravo Club.

13. Membership privileges are at the sole discretion of the Atlanta Braves and may be revoked at any time. False or deceptive acts, or any acts in violation of these Rules or any rules of the Braves or Turner Field, will render an entrant ineligible.
