Youth development, sports, and particularly baseball and softball are significant areas of interest to the foundation. Therefore, the Atlanta Braves Foundation has introduced a category of funding specific to youth baseball and softball called the "Pinch Hitter" Fund.

We realize that the need for assistance throughout metro Atlanta is great and we want to do our part to promote interest and participation in the game of baseball and softball among youth.
