The Atlanta Braves and the American Red Cross are teaming up to help save lives during the 2014 Atlanta Braves All-American Blood Drive on Saturday, June 28 at Turner Field from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. It's also a day to help the Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of the Red Cross celebrate 100 years of service in our community.
Presenting donors will receive a pair of tickets to see the Braves take on the Arizona Diamond Backs on July 5 and opportunity to walk around the warning track during pre-game festivities, a commemorative t-shirt and centennial Red Cross pin, a ticket offer to future Braves games and a chance to win a Braves Family Four Pack, which includes four game tickets and a batting practice field visit, or autographed baseball memorabilia.
Summer is a challenging time to collect enough blood to meet patient needs and the Red Cross needs volunteer donors to help ensure a sufficient blood supply.
The Braves and the Red Cross encourage you to schedule an appointment to donate, by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or visiting redcrossblood.org and using sponsor code braves..
