Disabled Guest Information

The Atlanta Braves would like to welcome you to Turner Field. All levels of the ballpark offer disabled seating with unobstructed views of the playing field. The entire ballpark has been designed and constructed to be fully accessible and in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The park provides a guest friendly environment.

TTY/TDD SERVICE
Our TTY/TDD services are located at aisle 146.

HANDICAPPED PARKING
Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first-come first-served basis in the Green Lot. This lot is located at the intersection of Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. and Hank Aaron Drive. Only vehicles with a valid, state-issued disabled parking permit or license plate will be permitted to park in the disabled spaces. The cost to park in this lot is $10.00 per car in advance, $12.00 per car on day of game. There are 160 spaces available.

DROP OFF AREA
Drop off areas are located on the west side of Hank Aaron Drive near the North East gate, and on the east side of Pollard Boulevard near the North West gate.

MARTA TRANSIT
MARTA operates bus shuttle service from the Five Points transit station to Turner Field. The bus shuttle service begins 90 minutes before the game and continues for one hour after the conclusion of the game. For schedule information please call MARTA directly at (404) 848-4711.

WHEELCHAIR SERVICES
For those individuals who require assistance from the ballpark gates to their seats, wheelchair services are available. Arrangements may be made by notifying any of the Guest Relations representatives stationed at the gates. Post game wheelchair assistance may be secured by notifying Guest Relations representatives stationed throughout the park. Wheelchair service is provided on a first-come first-served basis.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING
Wheelchair seating is available for sale on all levels of Turner Field. Companion seating is available adjacent to the wheelchair space. As with all seating, wheelchair and companion seating is subject to availability. The aisle transfer seats are available at the end of each row in the disabled seating areas throughout the ballpark. These seats provide easy access for those individuals with mobility disabilities. Companion seating is available adjacent to these seats.

ACCESSIBLE TRANSFER SEATING
Space is available for an individual in a wheelchair or accessible transfer seating, along with a companion seat in all ticket price categories. Any additional guests will be provided with the closest available seats.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED SEATING
Seats for individuals who are visually impaired are available behind the screened areas of the ballpark. When placing a ticket order, please request this type of seating if required. As with all seating, visually impaired seating is subject to availability.

COMPANION SERVICE ANIMALS
Companion service animals are allowed in Turner Field.

INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS
The most convenient way to purchase disabled seating is to call Ticketmaster. In metro Atlanta call (404) 249-6400 or 1(800) 326-4000, or TDD at 1(800) 755-6244. Be sure to ask for the Customer Service Department as they process all orders for disabled seating. Disabled seating may also be purchased at the advanced ticket window at Turner Field, in Monument Grove and all Ticketmaster outlets throughout metro Atlanta.

DISABLED GROUP SEATING
Wheelchair seating is available throughout the ballpark, and for larger groups of 10 or more there are special wheelchair areas on the Terrace level. Prior arrangements must be made to assure adequate accommodations, including seat locations for companions not in wheelchairs. All seating is subject to availability. GUEST RELATIONS BOOTHS
Should you require any additional information or assistance please visit our Guest Relations booths. The Guest Relations representatives will assist you with all questions, problems, lost and found items, guest suggestions and lost children/parents. Game schedules and brochures are available at all Guest Relations locations. The Guest Relations booths are located at aisles 146, 420 and 435.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at the Guest Relations booth at aisle 146. A valid ID (Driver's license or state-issued ID card) must be left in exchange for the ALD.

FIRST AID STATIONS
The first aid stations are located at aisles 146, 211, 311, and 409. They are staffed with nurses and EMTs to respond to all guests' needs before, during and after the game. Please contact the nearest service officer, usher, or guest relations representative should you require assistance.

CONCESSION/NOVELTY STANDS
Most stands throughout the ballpark have specially designed counters to accommodate disabled guests. For guests that may require special assistance at the concession/novelty stands, staff members are available to assist you.

RESTROOMS
All restrooms and water fountains throughout the ballpark are wheelchair accessible. If you have any additional requests please contact the nearest Guest Relations booth.

ELEVATOR SERVICE
There are seven elevators available to guests at Turner Field. All seven elevators are accessible to guests with disabilities. The physically challenged elevator is located on the west side of Hank Aaron Drive near the North East gate.
